The following are answers to questions we're most frequently asked.

Do you use Perc in your cleaning?
No. Fabricare uses an environmentally friendlier cleaning process that leaves your clothes without that "dry cleaning" smell.

Where do you pick up and drop off my clothes?
You choose the location you'd like our courteous drivers to service. It's best if you choose a weather-sheltered location.

What type of bag do I use to put my clothes in for pick-up?
At no charge we'll provide sturdy Fabricare laundry bags. If you do not have a Fabricare bag, just leave your dry cleaning in a plastic bag in your usual drop-off location. Please be sure to mark "Dry Cleaning for Fabricare" on the bag in large letters. Your driver will pick it up and leave a laundry bag for your next order.

How do I get my special Fabricare laundry bag?
Your driver leaves one for you each time he picks up your clothes.

Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made?
No. There is no need to be home to use the service. Your driver will service your pre-designated location.

How do I pay for your service?
Your cleaning will be charged to your credit card. You will receive a Fabricare monthly statement that documents your charges. 

How do I change my personal information and/or preferences?

How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?
Upon sign-up, you will receive via email a confirmation of your start date. In addition, on our first visit our driver will leave you a welcome kit which will include, among other things, your scheduled drop-off and pick-up days.

How do I tell Fabricare about a special request/issue with my garments?
Simply leave a detailed note in your bag identifying the specific garment (including color, fabric type and label if possible) along with your specific cleaning instructions.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order after I get my clothes back?
Contact a Fabricare customer care representative within 14 days by email at info@fabricaredelivery.com, via the "Contact Us" page or by phone at 1-877-620-3300. Please include your name and address in your message. 

Whether you dry clean weekly, monthly or just once in a while, you can enjoy the convenience of Fabricare home delivery.

Choose the service that works best for you:

  • Regular Service: If you dry clean twice a month or more often Regular Service is perfect for you. Fabricare will stop by on your regular service days, and you don't have to schedule a pick-up. Because your Fabricare driver is in your neighborhood twice a week anyway, you never have to worry if you don't have anything to put out for cleaning.
     
  • On-Call Service: If you dry clean less than once a month On-Call Service is perfect for you. Just contact us when you have dry cleaning to be picked up.

     

    • Scheduling an On-Call pick-up is simple – Just give us a call at 1-877-620-3300.
    • You can request On-Call service as late as 6 a.m. the day of the delivery (Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday). For instance, if you would like your order picked up on a Tuesday, contact us any time before 6 a.m. on Monday. It’s that easy.
    • Your cleaned order will be returned on your next service day, three days later. For instance, if we pick up your order on Monday your garments will be returned cleaned and pressed on Thursday.

Our pricing is hassle-free, too.  As for billing, we will charge your credit card at the end of each month. It's really that simple.
